A housing complex with 10 three-bedroom and three two-bedroom homes is the newest addition to Park City, Utah, enabling lower income residents to afford to live here. The project is built to LEED requirements with geo thermal HVAC, solar hot water and solar power. R&O completed the project in a short 41 week schedule despite winter conditions and construction of a culvert to mitigate a stream and wetlands on the site.
